As a parent, you get to relax while we take care of the creative fun for your kids’ next birthday parties! Every participant will enjoy their artistic creativity to the fullest, and your party will be remembered forever with each unique artwork that is taken home by all of the guests
To Do
Attendees minimum age 7 for a nice result of artworks. Minimum 8 attendees for a private party plus one or two parents stay .
Our studio: before party set up and after clean up. Art supplies, tools with instructional fun lessons; Party decoration includes outdoor 10 feet banner, balloons & personalized welcome sign. Table cloth, art aprons
You: optional your own catering such as pizza, cake; related servings material: napkins, paper cups, plates, folks, candles and match; goody bags

This is a drop-off party at total 90 minutes or 120 minutes, comprising an artwork with the art instructors step by step demonstration and guidance, while a catering & art show time (2 hours only) for the grand finale ! Guest parents are not supposed to stay during art time, but welcome back at the finals 10 minutes or during the 30 minuets catering time
1.5-hr Silver Art Package – Canvas painting 12×12″ or 11×14″

2-hr Golden Art Package – Most Popular !
Default canvas 11×14″ plus half-hour catering time (pizza, birthday cake, beverage, etc.)
May special request 16×20″ Large canvas painting, without catering time

Extended Hours Flat fee
$30 for 10-15 minutes ; $60 for 16-30 minutes, $100 for 31-60 minutes.

Kirkland- Sat 1:30pm or 2pm; Sun 10:30am or 11am
Bellevue Factoria- Sat 10am & 5pm, Sun all day

FAQs
Please confirm the final number of guests with us 1 day before the party. If our instructors that are already scheduled come in without your notice, the original flat fee will still be charged.
10-20 minutes earlier before the party’s scheduled time would be perfect. We usually finish most of decoration the day before the party, and our staff will be here half hour earlier on the party day. All you need to do is to bring in catering, cake, food from your car, which takes about 5 minutes. then waiting for the guests.
Please understand, in order to get each guest bring home a great art piece, the young artists need some quiet and concentration time. It is possible, but we add fees to your total for the extra effort of instruction. When we get more than 4 parents in the room, they are excited to chat– understandable, but it gets too loud and the kids get distracted during art time.
Cancellation
We understand things changes so we made flexible for you. There is $20 fee to reschedule the party, use the credit for other person, or towards to our other art program within 2 months.
If cancelled by you: Please cancel within 30 days before the party, so other people possibly can use the very limited weekend session, your payment with less $50 will be refunded to you. If the cancellation is less than 30 days, $100 will be charged.
If cancelled by AL Studio (have not happened in the past 10+ years): A full refund will be issued.
